Hive fest, LPUD and it's my birthday

Today's going to be a real busy day on hive Blockchain as we see the monthly Leo power up day coincide with the start of Hive fest. Unlike last year's annual meetup, this year's event will be physical at Amsterdam.

I was privy to attend last year's virtual event and it was nice to experience VR like that. Unfortunately, I didn't have the Oculus VR headset but the 2D mode was still nice.

This year's Hive fest will be hosted at Amsterdam and sadly I'll not be able to attend because I'm too poor. That notwithstanding, I'll still be with the gang in spirit as today is also my birthday.

I already spoke with @lordbutterfly who will be in attendance to drink a lot of alcohol on my behalf. In case you're looking for him, he'll be the talk sexy man standing close to the alcohol section.

Seriously though, I'm just grateful for life and for everything that has happened to me in the past couple of years. The hive community has been an immense part of my personal development and one day, I would really love to meet all the awesome people that are adding value to my life.

LPUD

As always, I'm going to stake Leo and participate in LPUD. I'll keep doing this for as long as LPUD lasts.

Honestly speaking, I'd have really preferred if I wasn't participating in LPUD in the literal sense. Life emergency came up, and I had to sell half of my Leo, if not I'd have been at way over 25K Leo power by not.

So I have to build again and not for the first time too. My crypto adventure has been a constant cycle of rebuilds and I don't think it's going to end anytime soon because of our incoming plans to relocate.

Birthday plans

I don't have any plans for my birthday. I'll just be chilling at home and playing video game with some of my friends that come around.

Turning 30 feels like I hit a milestone. I'm not where I want to be but I've also made plenty progress, so all I have is gratitude.

I have actually been under the weather for a while so I won't be drinking to my true potential. I'll go easy on the alcohol and just play video games for most of the day.

Hive fest

I guess there'll be a Livestream of Hive fest somewhere. I'll check in at some point later today to see the awesome people that took out time to be there.

I hope the event goes well and everyone gets drunk as fuck today.

Hive means a lot to thousands of people around the world and the opportunities that reside here has transformed the lives of many.

Hive fest is an important yearly event that I hope we'll all get to attend one day. Extra points the start of the event falls on your birthday.
