There's going to be a lot of freelancers and passive income earners in the coming years, especially with numerous opportunities to stake crypto to earn passively. Imagine staking $2m worth of HBD, that's $420K per year of compounding. Most people are just working to get that nest egg and so the whole loyalty to employees goes down the drain.

I mean, when you think about it technically, the employees are the employees own version of staking and earning from their investment.

Whenever Splinterlands frustrates me, what I do is get very close to my target and then take a couple hours break. For example, when you're 15 points away from Champions 2, just stop there and come back after two hours.
