This is the best writeup I have read today. The system is not so bad but I think we are nit doing anything to onboard and get a lot of people to stay.

That being said I feel a team needs to be built, because there is a problem with getting users to stay.

I have personally gotten over 100 people on this blockchain dating back from the days of steemit but the problem was getting them to stay.

We need a team and that team has to either be by regions at least. That team has to be highly motivated as its not easy to get people to work without motivation.
