Monthly goals are good to have and trying to outperform them makes it that much more fun. I always keep track but don't over do it as you don't want to waste much time on it. Instead you want your core info that tells you if you're on the right track or falling off so you can pivot and make adjustments quickly!

That CTP level is looking damn nice!
