That is pretty awesome what they are accomplishing. It is going to take a big marketing push to get them out there as a household name. I think the big thing Tesla has going for them is they make their own batteries so the names are synonymous. Something like this that will be a component of a larger model will be harder to push. Maybe one day people will buy a specific brand of car simply because of the battery that it has. That would be really great. We have a couple major battery manufacture and development plants in the town where I grew up. Just recently they have really grown their footprint by building new plants and offices.
