Tomorrow Hive will be Three since the hard fork from, as @jongolson like to say, that never to be named other blockchains.

There will be a contest and you can read all about it. HivePowerBday Initiative - 100K HP Delegations in Prizes.

My hat is off to @blocktrades and @theycallmedan for doing this.

Here are the six rules from Dan's post.

  1. Make a power-up of 10 HIVE or more on March 20th.
    Check out the time in UTC, so you don't miss the date.

  2. Make a "Happy Bday Hive" post and add the #hivepowerbday tag.

  3. Share your post on Twitter and other social media.

  4. Accounts must be older than one month of creation & have a reputation of 39 or more.

  5. Your account should have less than 25K Hive Power to qualify for the prizes.

  6. Be in good standing with the Hive community.

I was going to do it with the building BBH account: @hive-112281 for sure. This morning I decided to make sure I had more than 10 liquid Hive for this account.

It won't be much as I believe in powering up everyday.

We all need to take part. The world needs Hive. This leads into the other part of this post.

The world needs Hive

I just read an article Earth Is Kinda Running Out of People.

There are a couple take aways from it. Please read it for educational purposes.

" The global population decline is in motion. And that could hamper the world's entire economic model, leading to a dramatic crippling of our global economy, says Sebastian Dettmers, CEO of StepStone and the author of a book on the future of the world's population."

Mostly that is due to labor. I do believe that it will not be an issue as I believe robotics will be able to take up most of the menial labor.

But if it is an issue then the world will need a new economic model.

"To combat the coming population bust, the world will need nothing less than a revolution of our minds," Dettmers says. "We need innovation and new ideas"

Not to us here on Hive, but I believe that the PoB (proofofbrain) is the innovation and new idea the world needs.

Hive is already make real world changes with Boreholes in Ghana ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ญ, paying electric bills in Cuba ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡บ and restaurants in Venezuela ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ช and I am sure much more I am missing.

Hive can be, needs to be, the solution to the problems coming to the outdated was the world economy works.

Let's keep building while the world finds us.
