Very interesting piece, I love how you started off with your job and the human interactions at your workplace then meandered to how the same things happen here and how content creators respond and react to different rewards on their various contents. I happen to be one of the new users who sometimes feel ignored and demotivated when my posts don't get views and upvotes from the community but I try to write anyways, because like you rightly said if you don't try, how would you be in the position of receiving rewards. Keep showing proof of brain and you will be rewarded right? winks
