I was excited about NFT already few years ago, when I first heard about Gods Unchained. The possibility to recreate what WoTC did with MTG in the digital world is amazing, and a great use-case to the viability to NFTs. However, random nude pictures and low effort art has little chance to retain value, rarity and proof of ownership provide value only if there is some already.
