Hola y Feliz año a toda la comunidad hispana que se levanta desde bien temprano a trabajar, para construir sueños y un futuro maravilloso para todos. Hoy vengo encantada a participar en la iniciativa propuesta por nuestra comunidad @Rutablockchain y #leofinance Reto "Me gano 10.000.000 de HIVE" - Challenge "I'm winning 10,000,000 of HIVE" [ESP/ENG].
**De tanto pensar en lo que yo haría con este dinero ya me duele la cabeza, ¡es mucho! ¿Verdad? pero que maravilloso seria tenerlos en mi cartera y poder darles un buen uso. Por más que doy vueltas y vueltas mis pensamientos siempre terminan en el mismo sitio "La Creatividad". Así que definitivamente voy a enfocar y desarrollar mi idea para ver si ese millonario me lee y me dice "HAGALO".*
*Origen de la idea
**Desde que entré a esta plataforma hace aproximadamente 3 años me costó un montón hacer que vieran mi trabajo, el primer año fue muy difícil pero me sirvió de aprendizaje, el segundo fue mucho mejor, comencé a crear contenido de calidad y me uní a comunidades donde si apoyaron mi contenido porque eran comunidades especialmente para la mujer, luego me invitaron a una comunidad donde el trabajo era solamente con agujas, podía ser tejido, costura, bordado, de todo y ahí me quedé por un buen tiempo.*
**Pero, ¡siempre hay un pero! esas comunidades eran en inglés, dirigidas por personas de África, Estados Unidos, Alemania y por tanto a muchas mujeres latinas les costaba llegar y entender de que trataba. De aquí nace mi sueño de crear una comunidad muy parecida pero más amplia, para todas nosotras las mujeres de habla española.*
*Objetivo principal
**La mujer latina es emprendedora, creativa, dinámica, activa, siempre inventando y reinventando sus ideas, por eso siento la confianza de que encontraré una cantidad enorme de chicas, mujeres, madres, abuelas (y hombres también ¿Porque no?) que quieran participar día a día con sus ideas, inventos, arte y mucho más. Esta comunidad estaría especial y orgullosamente dirigida la mujer latina, donde se les pueda apoyar y hacer sentir que su trabajo es valioso y se le respeta y admira por cada minuto que invierte realizando esa pieza o manualidad.*
*Muestra lo que haces
**Dicen que los más viejos debemos dar el ejemplo, yo no soy vieja pero si tengo algo de experiencia adquirida en la plataforma y por eso debo dar el ejemplo a los que recién vienen llegando; quiero demostrarle a muchos que con constancia y paciencia todo lo podemos alcanzar. Si unimos estos dos ingredientes el éxito está asegurado.*
**Ahora que hemos llegado al año 2021 debemos cambiar el chip y creer en que nosotros somos capaces de cambiar nuestro destino; por tanto ahora que estoy próxima a cumplir mis 3 años acá debo dar una nueva imagen a mi blog; es tiempo de reinventarme y pensar en cosas mejores. Así que voy a ir dando forma a mi idea y si me llega un apoyo extra pues mucho mejor.*
*Hecho con Amor
**#am-ARTE es tan solo una idea, un proyecto, tal vez le cambie el nombre y le haga un logo hermoso con flores, mariposas y agujas de tejer por todos lados. Muchas cosas aun no están muy claras pero lo que sí está claro es que quiero conformar una comunidad donde todas las chicas latinas que tejemos, cosemos, bordamos, cocinemos, hagamos reciclaje y mucho más tengamos una casa nuestra.*
**Es tiempo de sacar todas esas ideas que tenemos guardadas desde hace años en el cajón, cuaderno o libreta y que mejor tiempo de hacerlo que cuando se está iniciando el año donde tenemos y replanteamos nuestros propósitos, es tiempo de salir de nuestra zona de confort, cuestionar lo que estamos haciendo y hacer algo diferente que estimule nuestra creatividad.*
**Entre más escribo m ás creo en este proyecto, sé que muchos estamos aquí por la ayuda económica que esto nos permite obtener, pero no debemos conformarnos nunca, debemos ser ambiciosos (en el mejor sentido de la palabra) soñar en grande y atraer las cosas buenas a nuestras vidas. Tal vez si me gano ese apoyo de 10 millones de Hive puedo comenzar, tal vez alguien me lea y crea en mi o tal vez no me lo de completo pero tal vez me diga aquí tienes algo para que empieces.*

**Se imaginan una comunidad latina donde todas nos podamos entender y compartir nuestras cosas; aquí podríamos enseñar y aprender, rodearnos de gente interesante y exitosa. Alguno de ustedes ha escuchado alguna vez la frase de Steve Jobs que dice "Muchas veces la gente no sabe lo que quiere hasta que se lo enseñas" pues de esto debemos contagiarnos y contagiar a los demás.*
**Sigo soñando y me imagino recibiendo a las nuevas personas o usuarios que cada día llegan a la plataforma, así como un día llegué yo, perdida, confundida, pero si alguien nos conoce sabrá que puede seguirnos y tal vez aquí descubrir como explotar ese don que Dios nos regaló.*
**Antes de terminar quiero decir que la creatividad es sinónimo de curiosidad, improvisación, descubrimiento, amor, inventiva, así que debemos permanecer en constante observación de nuestro entorno y aprender día a día cosas nuevas para traerlas aquí a nuestros blogs.*
**No te conformes con poco; me impresiona ver como hay personas que siguen haciendo lo mismo desde que llegaron aquí, acaso no podemos crecer todos juntos y hacer que nuestra plataforma sea cada día mas grande y hermosa, un lugar digno de contenido bueno y original.*
**Debemos arrancar, no debemos perder más tiempo, debemos confiar en nosotros mismos y hacer que las cosas buenas pasen.*
**Quiero agradecer a ustedes @Rutablokchain y #leofinance por la oportunidad y por hacer que las personas soñemos en grande y confiemos en que si podemos. Nuestra plataforma sigue creciendo cada día y este año 2021 será mucho mejor. Dios los bendiga y les conceda cosas maravillosas para ustedes y sus familias.*

Hello and Happy New Year to all the Hispanic community that gets up early to work, to build dreams and a wonderful future for everyone. Today I am delighted to participate in the initiative proposed by our community @Rutablockchain and #leofinance Reto "Me gano 10,000,000 de HIVE" - Challenge "I'm winning 10,000,000 of HIVE" [ESP/ENG]
From thinking so much about what I would do with this money, I already have a headache, isn't it? But how wonderful it would be to have them in my wallet and be able to put them to good use. As much as I go around and around my thoughts always end up in the same place "The Creativity". So I'm definitely going to focus and develop my idea to see if that millionaire reads me and says "DO IT".
*Origin of the idea
Since I entered this platform about 3 years ago it was very difficult to make them see my work, the first year was very difficult but it helped me to learn, the second was much better, I began to create quality content and I joined communities where they supported my content because they were communities especially for women, then I was invited to a community where the work was only with needles, could be knitting, sewing, embroidery, everything and there I stayed for a good time.
But, there is always a but! Those communities were in English, led by people from Africa, the United States, Germany and therefore many Latina women found it difficult to get there and understand what it was all about. This is where my dream comes from to create a very similar but larger community for all of us Spanish-speaking women.
*Main objective
The Latin woman is enterprising, creative, dynamic, active, always inventing and reinventing her ideas, that's why I feel confident that I will find an enormous amount of girls, women, mothers, grandmothers (and men too, why not?) who want to participate day by day with their ideas, inventions, art and much more. This community would be specially and proudly directed to the Latin woman, where they can be supported and make them feel that their work is valuable and they are respected and admired for every minute they invest making that piece or craft.
*Show what you do
They say that we older people should set an example, I am not old but I do have some experience acquired on the platform and that is why I must set an example for those who are just arriving; I want to show many people that with perseverance and patience we can achieve everything. If we unite these two ingredients, success is assured.
Now that we have reached the year 2021 we must change the chip and believe that we are capable of changing our destiny; therefore, now that I am about to turn 3 years old here I must give a new image to my blog; it is time to reinvent myself and think of better things. So I will be giving shape to my idea and if I get some extra support, so much the better.

#am-ARTE is just an idea, a project, maybe I'll change the name and make a beautiful logo with flowers, butterflies and knitting needles all over it. Many things are still not very clear but what is clear is that I want to form a community where all the Latin girls who weave, sew, embroider, cook, do recycling and much more have a home of their own.
It is time to take out all those ideas that we have kept for years in our drawers, notebooks or notebooks and what better time to do it than at the beginning of the year when we have and rethink our purposes, it is time to get out of our comfort zone, question what we are doing and do something different that stimulates our creativity.
The more I write the more I believe in this project, I know that many of us are here because of the economic help this allows us to obtain, but we must never be satisfied, we must be ambitious (in the best sense of the word) to dream big and attract good things to our lives. Maybe if I earn that 10 million Hive support I can start, maybe someone will read me and believe in me or maybe I won't give it all but maybe I will say here is something for you to start.
*Think big and you will have a promising future.
They imagine a Latino community where we can all understand each other and share our things; here we could teach and learn, surround ourselves with interesting and successful people. Some of you have heard Steve Jobs say, "Many times people don't know what they want until you show it to them," because we have to catch it and pass it on.
I keep dreaming and I imagine receiving the new people or users that every day arrive at the platform, just like one day I arrived, lost, confused, but if someone knows us they will know that they can follow us and maybe here they will discover how to exploit that gift that God gave us.
Before finishing I want to say that creativity is synonymous with curiosity, improvisation, discovery, love, inventiveness, so we must remain in constant observation of our environment and learn new things every day to bring them here to our blogs.
Do not be satisfied with little; I am impressed to see how there are people who continue doing the same since they arrived here, perhaps we can not grow all together and make our platform every day bigger and more beautiful, a place worthy of good and original content.
We must start, we must not waste any more time, we must trust in ourselves and make good things happen.
