HBD Exit Strategy?

Right now I'm thrilled HBD and using it for a bit of a savings account. It's not really fair to call it that, maybe a super duper savings account lol.

I'm getting used to making nearly 50 HBD in interest and that will trickle up as my savings are compounded. I take a look at my wallet every day which makes this whole thing feel pretty gamified for me because I'm making over $1 a day. That's pretty insane.

I was just reading @taskmaster4450 's article Developing Countries: HBD Getting More Important and it got me thinking about HBD in different ways. And, it made me more excited about it if only simply that others are thinking about HBD as well. I don't think it will remain our secret savings account for long. Something has got to give.

While I don't plan on getting rid of my HBD any time soon, I may want to skim some of my earnings off the top. I am competing with a little credit card debt and while certainly less fun, it is probably wise to pay some off with my HBD interest.

So with that said I've always wondered about the best way to get HBD all the way from the blockchain into a U.S. bank account. I used to use Bittrex but it is very unreliable for deposits and with draws.

I hear defi is the way but if so, please give me the steps in the comments. I'd like to have an exit strategy well thought through on my part if, and when, that time comes.
