I don't have the answers here so this post is actually asking the community to ponder this.

I've been growing more and more obsessed with Rising Star Game because I love finding ways to earn free hive without relying on a community.

I love to engage and curate but finding ways to earn hive solo are important, especially for beginners. So while I've been in @risingstargame for a looong time, I really never played it. I just clicked the free missions and earned starbits.

I'm learning about strategy and investing in the game. One thing I was doing completely wrong was earning ego without countering it's effects by gaining skill.

There are a few ways of earning skill but I like doing lessons because the skill you earn is yours forever. If you buy a "skill" NFT and decide to sell it, that skill goes bye-bye with the card.

I hadn't known that you could just focus on just one Lesson. I figured there were 7 in the game so there must be a reason to try and do them all. But I can't find one.

Sticking with one type of lesson is fine and accumulating cards that contribute to that lesson earns you more luck and skill. I had some random cards around from packs and I noticed I had more guitars in my instrument section than any others.

So, when I started realizing that my game would be more fun nd more rewarding with better lessons, I started buying a few guitars that were good deals in the market.

But, I started to notice that guitars were more expensive than drums, microphones and pianos. They all pretty much serve the same purpose so I started to wonder if I was making a big mistake buying guitars.

I certainly like them because I strum a little in real life but if I want to sell these later on am I stuck with them? Right now the Acoustic Violin gives me the best bang for my buck but it is more expensive than similar Rare Cards of 50 luck of other instruments.

I have been buying all week and feel like I want to stick with guitars but I haven't reached the point of no return. I could switch to drums and start building there.

So I'm really looking for a little guidance from those who really invest in the game. Am I doing myself wrong buy building up with a slightly more expensive instrument for lessons?

I'd love to hear thoughts in the comments.
