I have been wrong for years that they have gone too far, but I often fall into the camp that thinks government is inept. I can't have that belief, and give them credit for managing this fractional reserve monetary supply as well as they do. I can't figure out if they are smarter than I give them credit, or just lucky.

Are we that good, or just not as bad as everyone else so we keep skating by?
