So from what I understand, 10% of all post payouts that use the proofofbrain tag (regardless of what frontend is used) go to the proofofbrain team and it is used to 'maintain' proofofbrain.io.

I didn't know just using a specific tag on a regular hive post can make it so that beneficiary rewards re automatically taken. Do you know if there are any other tags or tribes that do this or a place where these numbers can be checked?

Also what prevents someone from starting a random tribe that uses a commonly used tags taking beneficiary rewards on all posts that use it ?

It feels kind of strange that a cut is being taken with many most likely not even be aware of it on posts made on hive using the proofofbrain tag.
