Today I listened to the deep thought of a wise Russian writer (Viktor Pelevin), in which he compares memes and emoji with hieroglyphs that were used in antiquity. The essence of the comparison is that both hieroglyphs and memes with emoji are perceived by a person in different senses through the prism of he a worldview.
