No responsibility at all as this is theft. I saw a News clip where they think they can carry this on for the next 3 years and after that who knows. They have 3 test/service centers that may be able to manufacture certain parts or adapt them. If you live in Russia just don't fly internally and look for a friendly international airline or travel by train. I don't fly certain airlines here now as they have cut back and are basically bankrupt. Shoe string budgets and safety are not two words one should ever put together.
