Exciting developments @leofinance, to be sure! Feeling grateful right now that my US state (Washington) was just removed from Binance's "no fly zone" in the US...

I read through this a couple of times so I'm pretty sure this was not specifically covered in the post: What happens with LEO tokens that are staked but delegated to a different account? For example, I have an inbound 1600 LEO delegation... is that excluded, or do those making the delegations still going to get the CUB airdrop?
