My introduction to crypto began in Aug 2017 when I got sucked into one of those "the greatest thing since sliced bread" emails promoting a webinar on crypto. I got hooked on the "invest amounts that won't ruin you with the potential to make life-changing gains." Steem was one of the cryptos being recommended along with about 20 other ones including bitcoin and ethereum obviously. I started putting money in and watched my account more than 10x in about 3 months. Then I rode it all the way back down to where I started. But I was still a believer in bitcoin. The rest I didn't know about. I was only active on Steem for a few months and then when the whole flag wars thing started I quit participating. But I didn't sell anything.

This last fall when things really started heating up again with bitcoin, I started paying attention again. Michael Saylor's interviews are what really fired me back up. I started doing some research and got some UNI at $3 as well as a few other things and I was off to the races.

Because I left before the fork, I had no idea what Hive even was. I actually thought Steem was the "real" blockchain. I had one friend from the original Steem days that I still had a connection with so I finally asked him what the deal was. He filled me in and recommended I check out LeoFinance when I got back on. I was immediately hooked and I've been trying to stuff my bags full of Hive, Leo, Cub, and more ever since.

I don't make any "income" per se here because I never sell. lol I just keep adding. I firmly believe that this whole ecosphere is going to 100x at a minimum over the next 5 years so I feel like every dollar I get in is another $100 in my account in the future.

Ultimately, I hope to never sell. I'll just move some things around and hopefully live off the interest. I've got a long way to go but we're still very early in the game. I'm planning on LEN and LENM to be a part of that future.
