A Look at PIMP and Current Airdrops (That I'm Aware of)! ~ This Week's Brain Dump of Projects I'm Looking At
Hey all. For this week's finance post, I want to briefly mention the airdrop status for Hive projects, then talk about a (kind of) new Hive token that you should take a look at.
First up, airdrops!
Airdrops
I hope all of you were able to take advantage of the three airdrops I previously mentioned: 3speak, WIT, and Ragnarok. If you didn't, too late. The WIT drop is completely over, and the snapshot for 3speak and Ragnarok are also over, though the airdrops for those two haven't taken place yet.
But if you missed them, don't feel bad. There are still at least two airdrops coming to the Hive ecosystem: Utopis & PolyCub!

Utopis we still don't know much about except that it's coming. Presumably it will be based on how much UTOPIS you own, so if you want to get in to this, you might want to start dollar-cost averaging into UTOPIS. You can trade some here.

PolyCUB could be any day now, so get to buying CUB if you want into that one. CUB recently fell to under 30 cents, making it a great time to buy some. The PolyCUB drop will be 60 days with a new snapshot everyday, so you can always buy CUB to get in at any point during the drop, but if you wait you risk the price of CUB shooting up.
The easiest way to buy CUB is to trade a BSC token that you already own. Trade it here. But if you aren't on BSC, the way forward does involve a few steps. Look here for a tutorial (there are several other tutorials on the menu).

New(ish) Hive Token: PIMP
PIMP is a token from @enginewitty, the same cool cat who runs @thealliance. He started this token some time ago and has recently upgraded it to be even better.
In witty's own words:
The underlying goal, is to PIMP your shit and help get it noticed.
There is also a revenue sharing aspect to the token. If you stake it, and if you have enough to put yourself in the top 50 pimp holders, you will get a share of a large assortment of tokens. This is kind of like BRO or INDEX, a daily dividend if you will.
Well, I could say more but I am involved in PIMP so I am biased. I'd rather you guys decided for yourself, so go read Witty's post about it.

That's about it for this week, but I will throw in a few misc things.

Project Blank is getting closer! Basically this will be a place on Hive for short-form content. Similar to Noise.cash (but better, and based on Hive!) @khaleelkazi has called it "Tokenized Twitter on the blockchain." Very exciting! Go watch this for an update.

I mentioned before that the new version of Hivestats is fantastic. And it is. If you haven't tried it yet, go give it a shot. Here is a really great overview from @thisismylife that I recently came across. Worth a read, especially if you've never used the site before.
