I don’t know much about bandwidth or latency and how it links to peer to peer networks, but I’m sure Whatever he meant with his explanation of his decline makes perfect sense. Otherwise, I want to believe he would’ve moved for it if it remotely possible.

Musk talks about free speech yet mentions there will be a committee that meets to decide whether banned individuals can come back on Twitter. To me, that instantly shows a conflict.

Definitely. I guess if only he made twitter users the ones to vote who sits on this committee, it could look like a DPOS consensus thing or it at least would give a better illusion of free speech like what decentralization offers. But this is only if this were possible.
