I expect that with Bitcoin price going up, main anti-Bukele narrative in mainstream media is going to be made around real of alleged abuse of human rights. Namely, his war against once all-powerful gangs which ended with roughly 2 percent of Salvadorean population behind bars. Yet, this is exactly the area where Salvadoreans see the most visible success (with once unimaginably high homicide rate going to zero and making the life significantly easier and less stressful for the 98 percent) and that might explain why Bukele enjoys popularity every other elected politician in the world could only dream of.
