Just posted my own assumed calculations before I noticed your extensive comment. Had some questions on my assumption wrt this 2% AVA bonus to purchasers, but seems my assumptions are in line with what you state. What you think would be average revenue for 2021, per month? I assumpted 1,5M$/mnth in a pessimistic scenario, and around 3M$/mnth realistic to a somewhat positive scenario. But sure, this will all depend on what is happening with travel restrictions (or relieve thereof) due to covid.
