"I'm winning 10,000,000 of HIVE" Challenge @rutablockchain (ESP/ENG)

I have always been a person who likes to earn things with work and effort, because I think that the easy thing that comes to the easy hands can go away, more I consider that if you are a sensible person like me, used to not spend more than the account and to have judgment and control on if same as economic matter, I would not let lose something of much value having acquired it in a quasi random way, by luck or because finally somebody saw potential in me, to handle an exorbitant amount of 10,000,000 Hives what I can think of first is an investment that will generate me a passive income and help me stay in this hostile world with this battered health of mine. I explain a little why, for those who live outside my country Venezuela and understand me a little.
Let's talk about business and finance in logical calculations:
It is not profitable at all for my country in terms of investment, a country that is (illegally) dollarized and capable of devaluing its own dollar, that from one hour to another the prices always change upwards, you cannot project yourself, there is a reason why I closed my telecommunications business, it is crazy to buy a product today valued at 1 dollar, so that you can sell it at a legal margin with a 30% profit, let's say, I would sell it at 1.30$ and tomorrow the same product that the wholesaler sold you sells it at 2$, so you can neither maintain yourself nor project yourself. The only way is for you to move across borders with your own vehicle, acquire the products and bring them back, and pass through thousands of military barracks where each one of "those public officials" take products or money from you... How can you stay like that? You can't.
Being an entrepreneur I deduce that it is still not profitable at all.

Siempre he sido una persona que le gusta ganarse las cosas con trabajo y empeño, pues pienso que lo fácil que viene a las manos fácil puede irse, más considero que si eres una persona sensata como yo, acostumbrada a no gastar más de la cuenta y tener juicio y control sobre si misma en cuanto a materia económica, no dejaría perder algo de mucho valor habiéndolo adquirido de forma cuasi al azar, por suerte o por que al fin alguien vio potencial en mí, manejar una cantidad exorbitante de 10,000,000 Hives en lo que puedo pensar primeramente es en una inversión que me genere ingresos pasivos y me ayude a mantenerme en este mundo hostil con esta salud golpeada que tengo. Explico un poco el por qué, para quienes viven fuera de mi país Venezuela y me entiendan un poco.
Hablemos de negocios y finanzas en cálculos lógicos:
No es rentable para nada mi país en materia de inversión, un país dolarizado (ilegalmente) capaz de devaluar el propio dólar, que de una hora a otra los precios cambian siempre a subida, no puedes proyectarte, por algo cerré mi negocio de telecomunicaciones, es descabellado comprar un producto hoy valorado en 1 dólar, para que lo vendas a un margen legal con una ganancia del 30%, digamos que, lo vendería a 1,30$ y mañana el mismo producto que te vendió el mayorista te lo vende en 2$, así no puedes ni mantenerte ni proyectarte. La única forma es que tú mismo te movilices entre fronteras con tu mismo vehículo, adquieras los productos y los traigas, y pases por miles de alcabalas militares donde cada uno de “esos funcionarios públicos” te quitan productos o dinero… ¿Cómo puedes mantenerte así? No se puede.
Siendo empresaria deduzco que sigue siendo nada rentable.

Mi inversión más rentable seria convertirlo directamente en Hive Power y poner inmediatamente en marcha el proyecto que tengo en mente a largo plazo, pues sola, como voy, creando contenido como loca para crecer, tardaré años, aun y haciendo pequeñas inversiones reales de mi bolsillo, como lo he venido haciendo.
El tema es trillado, todo mundo dirá: “lo convierto en Hive power y voy a curar contenido de calidad”, pero revisando sus wallets, y viendo su power down continuo y sus reclamaciones en recompensas líquidas, me hace pensar que sus intenciones no son en crecer. Hacer power down en cuentas pequeñas es triste, eso lo hacen ya quienes quieren ir retirando parte de los ingresos por curación ya que ellos ya ni publican y de alguna manera tienen que recuperar lo invertido ¿cierto? Aunque cada quien tiene sus propias razones.

Con 10.000.000 tendría según la fuente, un poder de voto de 149.82 al 100%, por lo cual podría distribuirlo curando al 8% con un valor de 10.84, para los mejores posts que podrían ser 10 cuentas diarias y al 5% el resto, que podrían ser 30 post más dando un total de 40 post diariamente curados según el rango equivalente que curaría una ballena para mantener tanto el pool de recompensas como su voting mana, sabiendo que para la cantidad de stake que tiene, este se regenera rápido.
Mis herramientas para estos cálculos no son las más idóneas y no son recomendadas, hablemos de valores aproximados. Desde el cambio de plataforma estoy perdida con las herramientas de cálculos.

En el tema de ingresos por curación, si con lo poco que tengo en poder de voto de 0.08 puedo obtener 30 Hives semanales haciendo una curación eficiente e inteligente, con un poder de voto de 149.82 me perdí en tanto cálculo…

“El sueño de todos los peces pequeños”: Ganarse un montón de Hive y ser ballena…
Por mi parte, me ayudaría de forma inmediata a realizar mi proyecto de vida, pues las redes sociales especialmente esta se convirtió en mi centro de vida y toda gira en torno a ella, por lo tanto, todo lo que le afecte, me afecta directamente. Mi proyecto de vida, aunque lo llamo más bien mi jubilación es tener ganancias pasivas, para lograr la independencia económica completa, no ser de las personas que lograron lo que quieren y no les importa más, por lo cual, me convierto en una comunidad artística inclusiva donde podemos aprender todos sin juicios, donde hay lugar para quienes empiezan, donde existan personas que compartan sus conocimientos a otros a través de tutoriales, fomentar el respeto a nuestra red social, crear bases solidas y guiarlos a que sean ahorrativos, no convertir en un cajero automático nuestra red, tomar lo necesario, invertir o reinvertir. Nos beneficia a todos. Así que también tendremos el arte de ahorrar.
Así mismo, impulsar retos y concursos semanales y premiar a los participantes, manteniendo así la comunidad muy activa. Retos que van dentro y fuera de nuestra plataforma, es decir, llevar a Hive más allá de compartir solo en nuestra red social si no, la difusión en las redes sociales comunes, “publicas”. Con el fin de dar conocimiento sobre el gran talento en nuestra plataforma y atraer inversores y usuarios. Nuevos talentos que se conviertan en el oxígeno de nuestra red, sin exclusión de quienes ya tenemos trayecto, cuyos antiguos los abracen con amor en vez de tenerles miedo, para que no existan subgrupos ni se sientan excluidos, por otro lado, mostrando la seguridad y solidez de nuestra blockchain a cargo de los witness y grandes inversores que están aquí convertidos en delfines, orcas y ballenas para hacerles ver lo rentable que sería invertir en ella, pues tenemos Hive para muchos años más, de esta forma equilibramos nuestro pequeño mundo creado aquí.
Fomentar la familiaridad, el amor, respeto y consideración entre todos, “inclusiva quiere decir” que incluye a todos y abraza a todos, una comunidad artística presente en todo, pues el arte está no solo en el dibujo sino en la gastronomía, fotografía, música, el arte está en todo y todos tenemos un don para algo especial.

Seguir prestando mi apoyo a comunidades y trabajar con ellas de la mano cuyos líderes sean personas entregadas y de buen proceder, con muchas ganas de crecer.
Si mi trabajo se convierte en algo arduo difícil de llevar yo sola contrataré personal calificado bajo mi cuidado y tutela para que haga una buena gestión. Gente buena vibra con ganas de superarse y trabajar.
Retribuir las bendiciones, convertirme en la alegría de los demás cuando vean que su post ha sido valorado con mucho amor. Pues como pequeña sardinita que fui siempre sentí alegría inmensa cuando mi post fue curado, valorado por alguna comunidad. Mi trabajo fue valorado, mis horas de esfuerzo fueron vistas y valoradas. Hoy día sigo llorando de felicidad cuando me votan, me siento agradecida, me motiva a hacerlo mejor cada día, me mantiene positiva, con ánimo y con ganas de seguir trabajando, entonces, si me siento tan bonito y es un sentimiento común que tenemos todos, dime tú: ¿Convertirte en esa maravillosa comunidad que cura y lleva alegría a los demás, no es una forma grande de agradecer por lo que has recibido? Como mínimo.
La curación es una gran fuente no solo de ingresos sino motivación.
No juego lotería ni creo en los juegos de azar, tengo mala suerte hasta para el amor, pero creo en mí, mis metas y el fruto de mis esfuerzos, sé que mi constancia me hará llegar lejos, solo necesito salud y mucha fe, tal vez de pronto algo grande suceda.

If my work becomes too difficult to manage on my own, I will hire qualified staff under my care and tutelage to do a good job. Good people vibrate with the desire to excel and work.

As a little sardine that I was, I always felt immense joy when my post was curated, valued by some community. My work was valued, my hours of effort were seen and valued. Having a lot of HP in your wallet even in physical money is a great responsibility, if you do not manage your investments well, if you are not kind and careful, if you do not have your own discernment, good intention, it will not bear good fruits. This also implies a great daily study of how the exchange market moves and our own currency, so it requires good calculation tools.
Having a lot of HP in your wallet does not imply that you retire and live a happy life without working, if you are not aware of your investments from one moment to another they can disappear, and everything that generates income must be in constant movement so do not think it is a way to relax, it implies more work, responsibility and dedication.
Since I first entered Steemit, then HIVE, I dedicated myself to the study and behavior of whales, which have been my guides, teachers and role models, it is time for the disciple to join in working together.

Algunas reflexiones…
Tener mucha cantidad de HP en tu wallet incluso en dinero físico es una gran responsabilidad, si no manejas bien tus inversiones, si no eres bondadoso y cuidadoso, si no tienes discernimiento propio, buena intención, no dará buenos frutos. Esto también implica un gran estudio diario de como se mueve el mercado cambiario y nuestra misma moneda, por lo cual requiere de buenas herramientas de cálculos.
Tener mucho HP en tu wallet no implica que te retiras y vives la vida feliz sin trabajar, si no estás pendiente de tus inversiones de un momento a otro se pueden esfumar, y todo aquello que te genere ingresos debe estar en constante movimiento por lo cual, no pienses que es una forma de relajarte, implica más trabajo, responsabilidad y dedicación.
Desde que entré primero en Steemit, luego en HIVE, me dediqué al estudio y comportamiento de las ballenas, las cuales han sido mis guías, maestras y modelo a seguir, es hora que el discípulo se una para trabajar en conjunto.
Mi compromiso de ser la misma persona de siempre, la misma Equipodelta (Isabel Lira), soy la misma con dinero sin dinero, con carro sin carro, en una mansión o viviendo en un pequeño ranchito como estoy, he pasado por todas esas etapas, sigo siendo la misma Isabel Lira humilde y sencilla de siempre. Trabajadora y con un carácter fuerte, pero bastante crecida en mentalidad y discernimiento propio. Quemado y superado muchas etapas.
Hoy 31 de diciembre deseo para todos que este 2021 que comienza, sea en bendiciones, sea amigable para todos en todo sentido, porque todos hemos sufrido mucho con este 2020. Es tiempo de ser feliz.
