Putting DEC to good use at CubFinance farm

There were some spare $DEC in @spliterlands which were transferred to my BSC wallet via the new functionality inside the game.

For the fun of it, I decided to use them half-directly in the DEC-BUSD LP farm.

Half because I will buy $BUSD with half of $DEC in store.

Let's document the steps with $DEC already in @cubfinance.

1. buy $BUSD with $DEC

fee: 0.00112312 $BNB ($0.31)

2. add liquidity to receive LP tokens

fee: 0.0018332 $BNB ($0.50)

3. use LP tokens in farm

I already have a tiny amount of LP tokens in the DEC-BUSD LP. Adding newly acquired tokens will automatically provoke the harvest of $CUB.

Adding LPs

fee: 0.00118519 $BNB ($0.32) harvested: 0.774 $CUB ($2.27)

These are tiny amounts and the farm widget displays 0 LPs. Still, they are there and working for me.

Conclusion

Around $1.1 in fees to put around $17 worth of $DEC to good use. Of course, it helps when absolute figures are bigger yet every little bit counts :)
