Size matters. So you're right, a long post riddled with mistakes, would be better off trimmed down to something readable. But I'll tell you what gets me.

When I see a post written in two languages alternating between them paragraph by paragraph. It can cause eye fatigue and makes me want to click away.

For me, it's better to have the full English article, followed by say, the full German article. This way I can enjoy the content in one piece.
