It's been a pretty wild semester so far, and what were billed as courses to learn my profession have ended up being English literature classes in disguise. Case studies, endless essays, and "discussion board posts" requiring in-text citations, are the raison d'etre of the season.

So that's why you're not seeing me posting or commenting as much as usual. But I did want to at least get something out, even a short one to let everyone know that I'm still alive and dedicated to Hive. (That's my new title).

I have most of my tokens slowly compounding in the background, as I have limited time to interact with the blockchain. Today I had a content creation window after being up all night writing assignment papers about dysfunctional people.

It feels great to just be able to get my thoughts down without having to be under the gun to complete a group project. I love to blog, but the time-pressure for these courses is enormous. Even friends and family were wondering where I've absconded to, but I'm just down in the weeds and grinding away trying to cobble together another 4.0 semester in my academic journey.

It's good to see the HIVE price back over $1 (where it belongs), and I also like watching my LEO bag slowing growing day by day. I've started some temp work, so hopefully this power down can be ended at some point so that the rebuilding can begin. Right now, it's giving me the ability to devote most of my limited free time to getting through these two semesters, so I can advance on to the next educational institution.

So there you have it! Just a little snapshot of where things are in my blockchain life at the moment. (and not one in-text citation needed!). In July, I'll celebrate five years on Hive, and as I've said many times before, I'm not going anywhere. If this account drops to almost zero, it will be rebuilt yet again.

Stacking HIVE upon HIVE, and LEO upon LEO, until we've constructed a solid foundation to reach ever greater crypto heights. They'll have to pry my HIVE out of my cold, dead, hands before I ever agree to give them up! How about you? :)
