This was pre-covid. It happened twice with me and the neighbors. She'd pound on my door since I was the nearest one and ask me to call the cops for her, so me and the neighbors did.

Then when the police show up, she'd say "we were only having a loud argument" then tell her boyfriend who'd fled "I don't know WHY they called the police" getting him pissed off at us.

The second time, he was going after the kids trying to protect their mother, so we all decided to make onelast effort for the kids sake. Ended up with the police chewing us all out again, as she would always refuse to press charges, shouting "Don't arrest my husband!"

We didn't call anymore after that...
