I think what will end up helping to decide the AI issue will be the rape of the reward pool. Eventually, even the people who abuse it to create bogus content so that they can violate it with multiple accounts, will be forced to see the error of theur was as their earnings diminish over time.
It's sort of like my city, where the criminals are running out of people to rob as the people who had any money have long ago fled the area, and now the thieves are left to pilfer from each other. If you keep butchering the geese that lay the golden eggs, eventually you run out of both geese, and eggs...
