FaucetPay announces major security incident

Faucet Pay is a micropayment wallet and earnings platform of cryptocurrency enabling the instant deposit of cryptocurrency micro-payments from many faucets and GPT/PTC platforms that a Mainstream wallet or crypto-exchange might evaporate through the network transnational fees.     No interest is included for keeping the earnings in the platform apart from the staking of the native token FEYORRA with an astonishing 356% APY. The following table includes a detailed list of the withdrawal fees to any other cryptocurrency wallet.

On 14th March 2021, the platform announced a major security incident. Faucet Pay suffered a loss of around $600,000 after their hot-wallets were compromised and the hacker had access to their funds kept there. Faucet Pay Team s still investigating the situation and has shared all details with the local authorities. Moreover, it assures that Faucet Pay will cover the loss and no users will be affected from the hack.
In the meantime, Faucet Pay Team request the patience of Faucet Pay users as deposits and withdrawals have been deactivated and advises users not to send any funds to previous deposit addresses as they will be lost. New addresses will be generated soon. Faucet Pay Team is deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused.

In a later statement, Faucet Pay Team announced that on 17th March 2021, the website will be unavailable from 4.30 AM to 7.30 AM UTC as the Faucet Pay Team will make necessary security arrangements to restore the website. Faucet Pay Team is committed to restore the deposit and withdrawal system by 30th March.
