Ryanair Buys 75 737 Max Jets
Ryanair the biggest discount airline in Europe bought 75 more 737 Max aircraft making them one of their best customers. Boeing won approval last month from the Federal Aviation Administration to carry passengers once again after the 2 crashes that killed 346 people!
Now they also await approval by the European authorities which i think they will get pretty fast. We know that Covid19 had a direct impact on anything related to traveling, such as airlines and hotels! With the upcoming vaccine that will save the world, borders will open again and traveling will once again be in our everyday life!

Anyway, as soon as the vaccine spread everywhere around the globe you gonna see a massive wave of travelers and Ryanair knows as well, that's why they bοught that many aircraft!

Note that during Covid19, 99% of its fleet was grounded. In total, they bought around 210 jets with a value of 22 billion dollars! (talk about numbers). They will receive the first jets in spring 2021 and until 2024 they will keep on receiving.
Finally, an interesting input that mostly nobody knows is that Ryanair won't pay 22 billion dollars, that's the list price. If they make an order of over 100 jets then the price will be cut down to half, so 11 billion dollars.
Because they were also the first ones to buy these planes, they get an even better price, so i assume they paid less than 10 billion dollars. So we got a 50%+ cut off the initial price!
