I agree with this. I am slowly and steadily helping newcomers find their mojo on the platform. But I am a newbie myself so first, I need to focus on myself.

Good thing is that there are initiatives that are helping newbies to settle down within the community and make them learn the Hive culture. But they are not enough. We all need to step up a little bit and increase the number of such initiatives.

I don't spend enough time looking at newcomers either..

Good thing is that we all are trying to help newcomers by producing high-quality content ourselves. Hopefully, it would inspire some of them to do their best, learn & evolve.
