Instead, the Hive fund should be paying money to the dApps like LeoFinance, Splinterlands etc to promote themselves.

To use them, people need a Hive account and to have Hive powered up.

But no normal person really cares, they just want to earn the crypto and play the game.

It's always seemed to me that the Hive witnesses are worried that the dApps and communities will take away their control so have been reluctant to do this.

Can you tell Hive frustrates me...?

The blockchain should just be paying the dApps to market themselves.
