But yeah, I also totally agree with your sentiment toward NFTs without utility.

I do understand that being part of an exclusive community has value.

But that value is really hard to quantify.

Having the ability to generate a clear, consistent rental income from some of the gaming NFTs like we see on Splinterlands is much easier to value.

Really the industry is so young that everyone is still just finding their way.
