Lo mismo ocurre en la comunicación en cualquiera de sus formas. Si no tienes un objetivo claro y definido, inclusive desde antes de empezar a preparar tu presentación, entonces no sabrás qué palabras ni qué medios usar para lograrlo, porque repito, no tienes un objetivo específico.
Antes y durante tu presentación ante un público, o de tener una conversación con alguien, es de vital importancia que:
a. Tengas claro el motivo que te impulsa a decir lo que vas a decir
b. Definas el objetivo que persigues con eso que vas a expresar.
c. Conozcas con exactitud lo que deseas comunicar a tu o tus oyentes. Es decir, sepas del tema en cuestión. No hables de lo que no sabes.
d. Hables y comuniques con un tono adecuado para que quien te oiga te entienda y lo reciba con aceptación.
e. Uses las palabras exactas para que quien reciba tu mensaje quede con pocas o ninguna duda.
