I'm leaning towards the ignorant Dev angle I think. It's easy to forget, hanging out here, just how few people there are that have any real understanding of cryto and blockchain.

I consider myself way down the ladder of understanding in this community but in the wider world I'm probably an expert. 

I looked at the launch of those packs yesterday and decided against it when I saw the price. I've only bought one pack with Fiat so far and I don't think I'll be buying anymore.

In there favour they have a great community, support is responsive and they are quick to compensate when things go wrong.

I bought a pack deal where I was supposed to get 10 packs but only got 5. so they sent me another 10 meaning I ended up with 15.

Last weekend we couldn't log in when they were putting up the market place and we ended up getting 500 pandaks to compensate which I thought was nice.

I've also received a random pack and 1000 pandaks on different occasions for no apparent reason. 
