plus the no paying tax on loans is a doozy (if that the way it works).

I tried to find out about this in a discord where they talk about bitcoin and tax because I now it's been talked about in the past. I couldn't find the references though.

Someone there just got a mortgage using Bitcoin as a deposit. That was the traditional route though since he converted it to Fiat first but that's why the topic came up I think.

Anyway. Not much use to you since I can't find the answer! 
