Too much growth can mean less peace of mind / Mucho crecimiento puede suponer menos tranquilidad

The growth in what we do is something that can bring us more social, economic, labor and tranquility benefits that we have, but all this happens if the growth is kept in a point of balance with the problems we have to solve, because if something is certain in life, is that we will have to solve problems over time, and much of the problems relate to those related to our current state.
Let's look at the case of a person who does not have much money and is struggling to get the money to eat every month, where there is simply no quality of life that is necessary to maintain life over time, but we also have the case of a person who receives enough money to be able to have a car, a house and a family that can have good education, health and food, being this something that can be enjoyed much more because of the tranquility that one has.
On the other hand we can have a person who has many companies and although he has a big house, he simply does not live there because he is traveling all the time and attending meetings frequently, leaving aside the family and his interests outside of work because he does not have time to do something else.
There are big differences in both extremes, one being someone who has trouble enjoying himself because he has no money, and at the other extreme someone who has trouble enjoying himself because he has a lot of work, and what they both have in common is that they don't enjoy life, so at the end of the day they are similar in terms of possible thoughts at the end of life.
There is no denying that money is something important for our peace of mind and that this is achieved through work, either in our companies or as employees, but it is also true that money is not the only thing in life, but it represents only a part of our life, and more specifically a means through which we can enjoy other things.
It is important that we understand what is the point where our economic tranquility is and we can enjoy life, since much growth does not always mean greater peace of mind.

El crecimiento en lo que hacemos es algo que puede traernos más beneficios sociales, económicos laborales y en la tranquilidad que tenemos, pero todo esto ocurre si el crecimiento se mantiene en un punto de balance con los problemas que tenemos que solucionar, ya que si algo es seguro en la vida, es que tendremos que solucionar problemas a lo largo del tiempo, y gran parte de los problemas se refieren a aquellos relacionados con nuestro estado actual.
Veamos el caso de una persona que no tiene mucho dinero y está luchando por conseguir el dinero para comer cada mes, donde simplemente no hay una calidad de vida que sea necesaria para mantener la vida a lo largo del tiempo, pero también tenemos el caso de una persona que recibe suficiente dinero para poder tener un carro, una casa y una familia que puede tener buena educación, salud y comida, siendo esto algo que puede disfrutarse mucho más por la tranquilidad que se tiene.
Por otro lado podemos tener a una persona que tiene muchas empresas y aunque tiene una gran casa, simplemente no vive ahí porque está viajando todo el tiempo y asistiendo a reuniones frecuentemente, dejando de lado a la familia y sus intereses externos al trabajo porque no tiene tiempo para hacer algo distinto.
Existen grandes diferencias en ambos extremos, siendo uno alguien que tiene problemas para disfrutar porque no tiene dinero, y en el otro extremo alguien que tiene problemas para disfrutar porque tiene mucho trabajo, y aquello que ambos tienen en común es que no disfrutan la vida, por lo que al final del día se parecen en cuanto a los posibles pensamientos al final de la vida.
No se puede negar que el dinero es algo importante para nuestra tranquilidad y que esto se consigue a través de trabajo, ya sea en nuestras empresas o como empleados, pero también es cierto que el dinero no es lo único en la vida, sino que representa solo una parte de nuestra vida, y más específicamente un medio a través del cual podemos disfrutar otras cosas.
Es importante que entendamos cual es el punto donde se encuentra nuestra tranquilidad económica y podemos disfrutar de la vida, ya que mucho crecimiento no siempre significa mayor tranquilidad.
