Dear Investors,

The FED more or less determined two days ago that there is no issue anymore for banks to pay (full) dividends to shareholders if they feel to.

This is the result of a stress test performed in the US. Important is to know that in Europe the ban on bank dividends is not lifted in any way and was ot expected to change before September 2021.

This gives opportunities !

Buy well funded Northern Europe system banks!

Normally the ECB will react in a few days on measures of the FED and in EUrope the northern banks are all in good shape but could not pay out dividends or just a little bit. So when the dividend ban is lifted these bank stocks will increase in value again as dividend investors said goodbye to these last years.

In my country examples are ABN AMRO and ING but also Belgium KBC and for instance insurers like ASR and AGEAS have a lot of excess capital and profits waiting to be paid out to shareholders.

Fingers crossed and I keep monitoring them!
