SplinterLands:: Listed my Tract for Sale on WAX for $80K+

Hey All;

Finally, decided to give it a try to sell the tract that I had purchased a long time back. And when I say a long time back it means before all the really HYPE for lands came into the picture. At that point in time, I had bought the tract with BAT tokens leveraging the 20% discount. When I bought Tract at that point in time; there were only 44K+ plots left for SALE.. And immediately after some days they all were sold out quickly.. This is a story sometime 6 months ago.

I remember doing a post as well, here on the leofinance portal. You can check the post here - Splinterlands:: You Dream iT - You Have iT - Bought my First Tract - Equals 100 Plots - As you can clearly see from the above image, the Tract at that point in time it costed me close to $1.3K+ and now when you see the prices they have skyrocketed and is not that easy to own Tract or a Region.

Buying Tract was like a Dream come true. And that time I said - I don't know what the future beholds - but if you see at the current time this feels like a victory to me.

Not sure that I'm doing the right thing selling the TRACT for $80K+ is a wise decision. But what I know is that a person needs to take a call - whether it's a good decision or bad decision really drills down to the amount of profit/loss that you would have made. In my particular case, the profit is HUGE from $1.3k+ investment to $80K+ in just 6 months time frame.

Who is going to be the lucky person to buy this TRACT - Right at the moment if someone buys this TRACT; gets a discount of close $1k+ - which is the lowest listed price of a TRACT on WAX Blockchain. I don't know if this is gonna sell out in a day or two. But let's see if I'm able to get a buyer for this lucky TRACT - saying it luck coz. of the profit it giving me out and if this journey of profit continues the person HOLDing it will also gain in near future.
