Parler going back online?

Have just checked to see what is going on with Parler. It seems they are trying to reopen the service. Well, just to make a note for the posterity. When I open the url parler.com I am getting a page with Parler's logo and web page and then the message „You are disconnected. Please, check your network connectivity" although I was definitely online.

However, after couple of minutes it seems I was able to connect to Parler's server
