Where to buy NFT art

I decided I will start looking at the NFT art available online. First I found a couple of recommended places where people buy NFT art. The first one that I stumbled upon was

  • The Nifty Gateway https://niftygateway.com Well, this site looks really professional. And It's not an NFT gateway where you just log in and publish. You have to apply first and then, if you are fortunate enough, your art will be put on sale. I did not try to buy anything there yet, but it seems you can only pay by fiat. I don't think you can use crypto to make your purchases there. Please, correct me if I'm wrong. The place has a Sotheby's logo but I could not find any information how it is related to this auction house. Maybe they just own it. The prices in the „Recent activity” section varied between 190 and 598 USD when I visited it.

  • NFT Showroom https://nftshowroom.com This is the place where I have bought my first NFT. I have easily logged in with keychain extension in my browser. All that was needed to buy was to have some swap.hive in my Hive Engine account. The average prices of just sold works varied between 6 and 35 swap.hive (3.618 and 21.102 USD) at the moment I visited the site.

Will write more when I take a look at other places. Any other you recommend?
