I have never appreciated tie and jacket formality in any part of my life. I want to be comfortable anywhere and anytime with my dress code that reveals some hints about my life style and personality. It's just a waste of time to criticize any crypto guy over his/her dress code. As you mentioned, what is being discussed matters more than any other thing.

If they want, they can even discussed things without any clothes 😂
