Five interesting projects on Hive i have my eyes on....
hello and welcome to all the readers.
Today, i will talk about five projects which i am interested in and looking forward too. I am part of the CTP tribe and also the Leo tribe and i am proud of it. This post is not about being best, its about something i am exploring.
Please note, that this post is just a brief introduction to the projects i am looking into. Please do your own investigation before taking decision on whether to invest money and time into these projects. I will NOT be held responsible for any loss/gain you incur in these projects.

Liotes is a blockchain based game. The game is a mix of investment and gaming which interests me. The project is developed and run by @ph1102 (hive engine witness) and @achim03 (creator, brains behind the @ctpsb token project) You can read the whitepaper at - https://liotes.com/docs/Liotes_Whitepaper.pdf
The owners have already announced a initial token sale of Liotes Energy Mills -> LENM from 9th march. The initial sale is capped at 5000 tokens.
I am looking forward to get my share of the tokens :-)
CUB Finance

CUB finance is one of the new projects by @leofinance team.
CUB is a DeFi-based smart contract application on the Binance Smart Chain.

The snapshot for airdrop has already been taken on March 3rd, 2021 The launch is expected to happen next week.
I have not ventured the defi market yet, as the gas fees on Ethereum are very high. My decision will be based on the further annoucements and the launch. Also, depends on how easy it will be to claim the cub tokens on Binance smart chain.
But overall, i am keen to invest.

Project blank is about Microblogging with tokenisation.
The idea of getting rewarded for messaging or sharing microcontent is exciting.

I have been following this project since @thelogicaldude has taken control of the project. The project completed it's phase one well before its due date.

I am looking forward to phase2 of the hivecommerce token, where they will start payouts of SIM, CTP, WEED, and LIST tokens as dividends.
Utopis

Utopis is a project where you can earn passive earnings in hive for holding the utopis tokens. The project is similar to other projects like Brofund, Dhedge, HE-Index etc
Recently they announced that they may distribute ETH tokens (Swap.ETH) as dividends.
The project is already making rounds with huge returns.
I currently have 9 Utopis tokens and planning to buy more over a period of time.
Please do your investigation before you invest any money or time in any of the projects.
