Is it still advisable to time the market? I don't think so. I think it's better to set a value for when you want to sell. And when it gets there, you hit the sell button. Trying to time the market feels disastrous to me.
About the consistency part, you've set it all, when we do things over and over again, it becomes a part of us, and secrets are revealed to us.
