Right now, I think Hive should be the template for anybody planning to build a Web 3 application. I believe hive is the closest thing to decentralised social media in the land.

Every day I'm waiting for the Web3.0 conversations on Twitter to mention Hive but it feels like they are ignoring it on purpose.

Alexis was a former Reddit CEO and Reddit is pushing for a tokenized content economy right now. /r/cryptocurrency and two other subs are rewarding users with crypto and I'm sure they are planning the same for every community. They are replicating the Hive model but very differently and competition is probably the last thing they need.

You would expect them to use it as a benchmark for web 3 but we need to wait and see if we will even get a mention in this one.
