The Lira is a situation where the people there just don't have faith in it. So people are trying their best to change their Lira into any other asset that might maintain its value like the USD.

I don't know too much about VYB either so I wouldn't mind knowing about it later if you find out. All I know is that you can't self-vote comments and there are no downvotes.
