Play to earn is definitely kicking off and blogging is a viable way to fund your Splinterlands adventure. Even though they increased the barrier to entry to earn DEC (Bronze II or above), I think people can still earn without it. For example, they could pay for the spellbook then partake in the weekly challenges to pay off their initial investment.
