Those are some amazing outlooks for HIVE and I would be happy if HIVE was $10 by the end of the year.

Decentralized development doesn't exist yet. Perhaps Hive can invent it. Who knows

I think the HSC (HIVE side chain) is in development so I hope it becomes the first decentralized development in that front. I predict BNB might also have similar issues to ETH in the future.

As for Binance, I gave up keeping track of them after Binance US came out. I heard about the Steem hostile takeover but I do think they are in the wrong for using customer funds like that.
