I don't know if it will really help that much because I think the issue has to deal with the laws and stuff related to taxes. There are so many loop holes and other things that I don't think most people will be able to understand what is happening even if it was transparent. So I think the first step is to definitely going to be revisiting those laws and making things written out in a easy to understand way.
