RE: CARTEL.SWAP: HIVE <-> SWAP.HIVE and HBD <-> SWAP.HBD - Fee: from 0.25% to 0.0% for CARTEL Owners - Step By Step Guide (ENG/ITA)

It takes like 100 CARTEL to get that 0% trading fee cost and I think the hiveupme bridge is better without all of that hassle. I do own a few CARTEL tokens but I just don't think the push to 100 tokens is worth it.
