Trading is quite hard but I think it might be fine to deal with bots and trading if it's with a small amount of your portfolio (such as 3% or 5%). In a way, you still got enough for the ride and you can still earn a bit if your trade goes the way you want.

Although I have to say crypto is just way too volatile that I generally don't trade it at all.
